At Domus Aurea you can bring water bottle, metal bottle and camera. Backpack, food and umbrella are allowed only with conditions. Suitcase, tripod, pets and e-scooter are not allowed. There is no cloakroom on site.

Will my bag fit?

Measure the outside of the bag, including handles, wheels and pockets. Security staff have the final word — this is a quick check, not a guarantee.
There is no cloakroom here — large bags and suitcases can't be brought in or left anywhere. Drop them at a luggage storage in Rome before you go.
